AP TEST PAYMENT WINDOW OPEN
The window to pay for AP tests is now open. Deposits can be made at the Finance Office or online (see link below).
Cost per exam for students enrolled in AP course: $5 (non-refundable). Due February 28.
Cost per exam for students not enrolled in AP course: $93. $20 deposit due February 28. Balance due March 31.
Cost per exam for free/reduced lunch students not enrolled in AP course: $5 (non-refundable). Due February 28.

Scholarship Opportunity: The Redlands Elks lodge is pleased to offer two scholarships; one for students with Disabilities, the other for students attending a vocational school after graduation. Both scholarships are available on the Elks website. See the scholarship bulletin board in the counseling office for the website and more information. The deadline for each scholarship is March 15.
The Highland Women’s Club Scholarship
Scholarship: The Highland Women’s Club is offering a scholarship to a Senior student who lives in Highland and exhibits all around excellence in academics, citizenship, school activities and community service. To qualify you must live in Highland with 92346 zip code, have a 3.5 GPA, and have financial need. This scholarship is separate from scholarships offered by the Redlands Community Scholarship Foundation and is not awarded until the recipient has completed his/her first semester of college. To apply, submit a statement of interest along with your senior portfolio to Mr. Wood or Ms. Meyer in the counseling center NO LATER THAN MARCH 10TH. The amount of the scholarship has yet to be defined but has ranged from $500.00 to $1000.00. T. Wood

Reminder: Change in Dance Rules and AttendanceStudent Reminder… This year we have started checking student attendance prior to purchasing a dance ticket. Please remember, if you receive 45 or more period absences, truancies, or detentions you will be disqualified from purchasing a dance ticket.
“Within 45-school days of a CVHS dance, if a student is suspended or has 45 period absences, he/she will be excluded from attending that dance. Attendance codes (A, B, C, D, & F) will result in a student’s exclusion from that dance.”
